By making a reservation, entering the property andor completing check-in, the guest acknowledges and accepts the following terms and house rules:
Wanderlust District does not operate a 24-hour reception. Check-in and arrival must be coordinated in advance. Guests arriving outside reception hours may receive digitalself check-in instructions and an access code and are responsible for reading and followinginstructions and video examples provided before arrival. Guests wishing to access the hostel or their room during the early morning must have a reservation covering the previous night. Otherwise, luggage may be received from 10:30 AM and rooms become available after midday.
Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Failure to check out by 10:00 AM will result in a charge equivalent to one additional night. Electronic access to dormitories is automatically disabled after the check-out grace period. Advising staff of a late departure does not constitute authorization for late check-out or waive the applicable charge unless expressly confirmed by the property.
Shared-dorm reservations guarantee a bed, not a particular bed or bunk position. Bottom beds cannot be guaranteed. Guests may not change their assigned bed without prior authorization; unauthorized bed changes may result in an additional-night charge. Guests requiring a particular sleeping arrangement for medical, mobility or personal reasons must contact the property before booking to confirm whether their requirements can be accommodated. Private-room options may be offered subject to availability and additional cost.
A valid original passport or accepted government identification is required at check-in. Reservations are personal and non-transferable. Wanderlust District is intended for guests within the propertys established age requirements, and proof of age may be requested.
Visitors are permitted in common areas only between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Visitors are never permitted inside guest rooms or dormitories. New guests cannot be registered after 8:00 PM. Unauthorized persons inside guest rooms may result in a $3,000 MXN fee. Guests must never allow strangers or unknown personsthe property, regardless of whether that person claims to have a reservation, has lost an access card or provides another explanation. Allowing an unauthorized personthe property may result in a $5,000 MXN fee.
Breakfast is served from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A different fresh, homemade dish is prepared daily. Breakfast is not an all-you-can-eat buffet and service outside the established breakfast period cannot be guaranteed.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside rooms, dormitories and hallways. Strong-smelling food should not be consumed inside shared dormitories. Dormitories are shared spaces and other registered guests and authorized staff may enter them when reasonably necessary.
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests and the property. Threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, abusive, excessively aggressive or disruptive behavior, including shouting at or harassing staff or other guests, may result in termination of the stay without refundpermitted. Taking, moving or using property or belongings that do not belong to the guest without authorization is prohibited.
Card payments may be subject to the processing surcharge disclosed during payment. Cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the rate and booking channel selected by the guest. Promotional, regional or discretionary discounts do not alter these house rules oran entitlement to future discounts, exceptions or refunds.
Wanderlust District is a social hostel focused on experiencing Mexico City through breakfast, activities and shared experiences. It is not a party hostel, does not provide 24-hour reception. Activities are optional and participation is the guests choice.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalty charges andor cancellation of the remaining reservation at the guests expense.
By booking andor signing at check-in, the guest confirms that they have received, read, understood and accepted these rules. Choosing not to read information provided before or during the stay does not exempt the guest from these terms.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
